Service location
Washin' With Wes is a mobile detailing service — we carry our own water supply. Please provide a service address with driveway or parking access. In some cases additional water may be needed, so access to a water source at your location is helpful but not required. Your service location must allow for proper wash water drainage under Virginia and Henrico County stormwater regulations; wash water may not drain into storm drains, ditches, or waterways. We use containment mats and follow standard runoff-prevention practices during service. Exact arrival windows may vary with traffic and weather (typically 30 to 90 minutes).
Scheduling & availability
Selecting a time in the booking flow requests that appointment based on our published availability. We may contact you to confirm access details, vehicle condition, or to adjust timing if needed. We also reserve the right to reschedule due to staffing, weather, or equipment issues.
Vehicle condition & add-ons
Listed package prices match our catalog for a typical vehicle. Heavily soiled interiors, excessive pet hair, or extra trash may require add-ons. We'll communicate any recommended changes before or at the start of service. Work outside the scope of your booked package is billed at $50/hour (or a proportional amount), and jobs involving biohazard material (urine, vomit, blood, feces, or similar) carry a minimum 20% surcharge.
Your vehicle & belongings
Please remove personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before service. Washin' With Wes is not liable for loss of or damage to personal property, and vehicles are detailed at the customer's own risk. Any damage claims arising from cleaning are limited to the cost of the service performed.
Payment
Payment is collected securely on site when the job is complete, via cash, debit, or credit card, unless otherwise noted for a specific service. Please have a payment method ready at the end of your appointment.
Cancellations & rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel at no charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your appointment are subject to a $40 fee.
