1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms are part of Washin' With Wes's Terms of Use and apply to all customers and guests using our services. You should read and agree to these Terms prior to booking an appointment. Once a booking is made, you are bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

2. Services and Packages

Washin' With Wes offers three core mobile detailing packages — Interior, Exterior, and Full (Interior + Exterior) — for various vehicle types and sizes. Package contents and pricing are subject to change at Washin' With Wes's discretion at any time. Current packages and pricing will be reflected on our booking platform or provided directly upon request.

We also offer add-on services that can be booked alongside any package, including but not limited to stain and odor extraction, headlight restoration, engine bay cleaning, pet hair removal, ceramic coating, and clay bar treatment. Add-on availability, pricing, and time required will be confirmed at the time of booking and may vary based on vehicle condition.

3. Payment Terms and Conditions

Payment is due upon completion of the service. Washin' With Wes accepts cash, debit, and credit card. Card payments are processed through Square. If a card payment is declined, Washin' With Wes will ask the customer to arrange an alternate form of payment. If payment is not resolved, Washin' With Wes may begin a collections process 48 hours after the card is declined.

4. Booking Terms and Conditions

Customers should remove all personal belongings, cash, and other valuables from their vehicle prior to detailing. Washin' With Wes accepts no liability for loss of or damage to personal property, including items left inside the vehicle or left at the service location. Please make sure your vehicle is serviced in a lawful, safe location, and let your technician know if you have any concerns about the service area.

All vehicles are detailed at the customer's own risk and must be able to withstand normal cleaning processes. Any damage claims arising from cleaning are limited to the cost of the service performed. We reserve the right to collect a debit or credit card to secure a booking. Card details are processed and stored through Square, not by Washin' With Wes directly.

We reserve the right to reschedule or adjust a booking due to staffing availability, weather conditions, or equipment issues. Washin' With Wes reserves the right to charge an hourly rate of $50 (or a proportional amount) for work outside the scope of the original booking, at our discretion.

A minimum 20% surcharge applies to any job involving urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other biohazard materials, to account for the additional time, equipment, and safety precautions required. All fees described in these Terms, including cancellation fees, out-of-scope hourly rates, and biohazard surcharges, are disclosed here and on our booking platform prior to service, consistent with Virginia's requirements for clear and conspicuous fee disclosure.

5. Service Location and Environmental Compliance

Customers are responsible for providing a service location that allows for proper drainage and disposal of wash water in accordance with applicable Virginia and Henrico County water quality and stormwater regulations. Wash water and runoff may not be directed into storm drains, ditches, or waterways. Washin' With Wes follows standard containment and runoff-prevention practices during service, but Washin' With Wes is not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, such as sloped driveways or nearby storm drains, that affect runoff. If a service location does not allow for compliant water drainage, we reserve the right to decline service or request an alternate location.

6. Late Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations or reschedules made inside the 48-hour window are subject to a $40 fee to compensate the technician for reserved time. This applies to all retail-priced detailing appointments.

7. Satisfaction Policy

If there is clear and reasonable cause that a package was not completed as ordered, or clear evidence of poor workmanship, Washin' With Wes will redo the incomplete or unsatisfactory portion of the service at no additional cost. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of service completion by email to washinwithwes@gmail.com, along with photos of the area in question sent to the same address within that 24-hour window.

8. Appointment Windows and Communication

Due to traffic or other circumstances outside our control, our technician may arrive later than initially scheduled. Please allow a 30 to 90 minute arrival window for appointments booked online or by phone. We will do our best to notify you of any delays.

Appointment confirmations, reminders, and related text messages are sent and managed through our scheduling platform, Square. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency will vary based on your bookings. You may opt out of text messages at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in those messages, or by contacting Square support directly. Washin' With Wes does not share your mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

9. General Terms

By booking with or using the Washin' With Wes website, you agree to be bound by these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and you accept responsibility for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services or website.

10. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily view or download one copy of the materials on the Washin' With Wes website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. This is a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software on the website
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror them on another server

11. Disclaimer

Materials on the Washin' With Wes website are provided "as is." Washin' With Wes makes no warranties, express or implied, and disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Washin' With Wes does not warrant the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of materials on its website.

12. Limitations of Liability

In no event will Washin' With Wes be liable for any damages, including without limitation damages for loss of data, profit, or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use materials on its website or the services provided, even if Washin' With Wes has been notified of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

13. Revisions

Materials on the Washin' With Wes website may include technical or typographical errors. Washin' With Wes does not warrant that materials on the site are accurate, complete, or current, and may make changes at any time without notice or obligation to update.

14. Links to Other Sites

Washin' With Wes has not reviewed all sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the content of any linked site. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement, and use of any linked website is at your own risk.

15. Modifications to These Terms

Washin' With Wes may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use our services or website, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and any disputes will be handled in the applicable courts of Henrico County, Virginia.
